Pushing yourself mentally and emotionally is part of success.

You know what it is like juggling time between work commitments and family responsibilities and can increase the pressure and tension you feel yet at the same time you love what you do, even when it gets difficult. Let’s face it you are not the sort of person who complains, you just dig in and keep going.

Starting your day with a coffee to get your energy going and lunch on the go or at your desk whilst solving others’ problems instead of taking the time to gather your thoughts, recover and energise so you can get focused for the next half of the day.
